Collectors in this auction include the Terry (late) and Nancy Miller collection, of which all the points in the collection were found by the family in Kansas and Oklahoma. Of note, there is a fine selection of paleo related pieces as well as variety of intricate bird points. Within this collection, Terry and Nancy found and amassed a sizable pottery, mainly from the southwestern US. These were legally obtained and found on private property as documented by the consignor. Walt built an “axe house” to house his thousands of stone tools including axes, celts, adzes, pestles, mortars, soapstone vessels, spades, discoidals and more.
